About Christ the Redeemer

Christ the Redeemer – Maronite Catholic Parish of the Hills was established to give the local Maronite Catholic Community a place to gather and worship.

Our Vision: Our Parish is a community alight with the transforming love of Christ our Redeemer, and as his disciples we work to build up the Kingdom of God in our world.

Our MissionWith the power of the Holy Spirit, we welcome all to our Parish and commit to worship in the richness of our Maronite tradition, to grow in faith and holiness as we serve with compassion, joy and generosity in building a safe and loving Parish home.

According to the grace of God given to me… I laid a foundation, and someone else is building on it.

Our Prayer

O Christ the Redeemer,
Patron of our Maronite Parish of The Hills, and Redeemer of all humanity, through your Cross you have reconciled us into the embrace of the Father’s eternal love.

We commit to always trust in the power of this love that is “stronger than human strength.”

Uplifted by this love in the Holy Spirit may we continue, as your missionary disciples to be a welcoming faith family for all. We give you thanks for the blessings and Graces of the last 6 years of our parish family journey.

Guide and Bless all our undertakings under our three Parish Goals of Outreach, Renewal in Faith and especially at this present moment the Church Property Project, that they may always be carried out in your name and be in accord with the will of the Father.

We ask this through the intercession of Mary, your Mother and Mother of the Church and St Joseph her spouse, the first two disciples of your redeeming mission. And we praise and thank you, O Christ our Redeemer, with your Father and the living Holy Spirit, now and for ever. Amen
